Mr and Mrs Quinn

Wow. This weekend I had the privilege of flying out to Washington DC to photograph the wedding of my cousin Alyson to her husband James. I say wow because it was just such a great weekend, and I can hardly express the joy that came along with spending time with family, seeing extraordinary historic buildings, eating in restaurants that US Presidents have eaten in, and witnessing/photographing the uniting of two beautiful people inside and out. This was the first wedding I have photographed by myself, so drum role please, lets see how I did...

Congratulations Aly and James! Your wedding was absolutely beautiful, I am so thankful I was able to be a part of it!

  4. Tara,

I'm a friend of Betty and Bill Zaun, the gradparents of Aly. These are amazing pictures. You have captured the fun and delight of a very special time in the lives of this couple.

I love the contrast of the red, white and black.

Keep on using your gift of photographing to the honor and glory of God.
